​​Hi, I’m Ian Pickard, the founder and Managing Director of IDP Safety Services. I have over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, starting as a bricklayer and becoming a plant operator, engineer, foreman, manager, instructor and consultant.

  • I have worked with some of the UK’s leading house builders and gained qualifications in plant training, health & safety and NEBOSH. I set up IDP Safety Services in 2002 with my wife Lisa.
